My entry for this week’s Sammi Cox’s Weekend Writing Prompt.

Blue
Your blue eyes mesmerized me.
Blue eyed, I fell for you like a babe in the woods.
I offered myself and gave you my heart.
You stole my possessions and ran away.
And now I’m singing the blues.

A shame you couldn’t see what lay behind those blue eyes. Poem and pics, perfect!
